Client Reviews & Testimonials

5.0 ★ on Google. 5.0 ★ on Yelp. Real reviews from NYC and NJ homeowners on bathroom, kitchen, and full-home remodels — embedded straight from the source.

Client Reviews & Testimonials

Real reviews from real homeowners, embedded directly from Google Business Profile and Yelp. We don’t retype testimonials into a custom format. The widget you see below is Google’s, with Google’s icons, fonts, and reviewer names — exactly the way it renders inside Maps.

Where the reviews come from

  • Google Business Profile. 5.0 ★ overall rating. Reviews come in after final walk-through, when the homeowner has lived with the work for a couple of weeks. We ask people to describe what we built and how the project went — not just to leave a star rating. The result is project-specific feedback you can actually compare to your own job.
  • Yelp. 5.0 ★ overall rating. Smaller volume, same pattern.

How we ask

After the final punch-list is signed off and the warranty packet is delivered, we follow up with a short text from the same number that handled the project. The text asks one specific thing: “Would you mind sharing what we built and how it went?” Generic five-star reviews are useful as an aggregate, but specific reviews — the ones that mention the heated floor, the freight elevator coordination, or the calacatta vanity — are the ones future homeowners actually read.

What you’ll see in the embedded reviews

Most of the reviews on the GBP profile mention specific elements of the build: tile work, cabinetry, project lead responsiveness, on-time delivery, and clean-up. A few mention how we handled mid-project changes — a wall that came down that wasn’t in the original scope, a fixture lead time that pushed by ten days. We don’t filter those out. The point of an embedded review is that you read what the homeowner actually wrote.

Read on the original platforms

If you’d rather verify the reviews on the source rather than the embed, both profiles are linked.

  • Google Business Profile — full review thread, photos, hours, and contact info.
  • Yelp — review thread, photos, and contact.

A note on review counts

Our review counts are still building. We’re a young DBA — even though Luis Muzo and the trades have 10+ years on NYC and NJ jobsites, the LM Pro Remodeling Group brand is newer. The work doesn’t change. The number of stars next to it on Google is climbing as projects close out and homeowners reply.

Other places we’re listed

  • Houzz — profile active, project gallery in progress.
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook — finished projects, materials shots, and short walk-throughs from active jobs (with homeowner permission).

The footer of every page links to the live profiles.

Recently mentioned in reviews

  • Tile and stone work — bookmatched marble vanities, mitred shower walls, hand-laid mosaics.
  • Project communication — single project lead, daily updates, no chasing.
  • Clean-up — floor protection in place from the first walk-through, dust barriers up before demo, deep clean before walk-through.
  • Sticking to scope and schedule — written line-item proposals, mid-build change orders documented in writing.
  • Licensed plumbers we’ve worked with for years — long-term partners, not random subs job-to-job, no callbacks for leaks at six months.
