Free consultation — in person or by video
We offer two ways to walk the project:
- On-site visit. A project lead comes to your home with a measuring kit and sample materials. Best for full-home, kitchen, and complex bathroom builds where dimensions, building constraints, and finishes need to be confirmed in person. Free, no obligation.
- Video walk-through. A scheduled call where you walk us through the space on FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet. Best for partial remodels, single-bathroom builds, or when getting a contractor into a Manhattan apartment isn’t practical for two weeks. We follow up with a written scope and a list of questions for the next round.
Either way, the consultation is free and the quote comes back in writing.

Driving in
The Newark office sits in the Ironbound, a few minutes off the NJ Turnpike Exit 14 and a short drive from the Holland Tunnel and the Lincoln Tunnel. On-site parking is available for in-person meetings — call ahead so we can keep a spot open.
What to have ready for the consultation
You don’t need finished plans. A few minutes of prep makes the first call much more useful:
- A rough scope. Master bath, kitchen, full apartment, basement, etc. Single-element jobs (vanity-only, tile-only) are welcome.
- Approximate dimensions or a recent floor plan. Even rough measurements help.
- Photos. Phone photos are fine. Wide shots of every wall in the room.
- A sense of timing. When you’re hoping to start, when you’d like to be done, and any hard dates (lease, family event, school year).
- Material direction, if you have one. Inspiration photos, finishes you’ve already chosen, or a “we don’t know yet — show us options” — all useful.
- Building info, if you’re in a co-op or condo. Building name, alteration agreement requirements, doorman or freight elevator constraints.
What we do — and what we don’t
LM Pro is a residential design-build firm. We do bathrooms, kitchens, marble and tile, home additions, basements, and full-home renovations. We don’t do commercial fit-outs, restaurant or retail buildouts, or ground-up new construction. If your project isn’t a fit, we’ll say so on the first call and point you somewhere that handles it.
