Our Portfolio — Recent NYC Remodels
Recent residential remodels by LM Pro Remodeling Group, across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Yonkers, and northern New Jersey. Each case study covers the original condition, the design brief, the materials specified, the build sequence, and the finished result — with photos taken on site, not staged for a brochure.
Use the filters above to narrow by service (bathroom, kitchen, marble and tile, full-home, additions, basement, flooring) or by location.
What you’ll find in each case study
- The starting condition. What the room or home looked like on day one of demo.
- The design brief. What the homeowner asked for, what we recommended, and where the trade-offs landed.
- The materials list. Cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, tile, hardware, and lighting — by name and finish, so you can spec your own project off the same shortlist if it works for you.
- The build timeline. Total weeks, with a note on what drove duration (permits, custom lead times, structural surprises, board approval).
- What changed mid-build. Honest. If a wall came down that wasn’t in the original drawings, we say so.
- The finished work. Photographed after final cleaning, before furniture moved back in.
Services represented
Bathroom remodels run the largest share of the portfolio — master baths, walk-in showers, half-baths, and accessible builds. Kitchens are the next-most-common build, then full-home gut renovations. Marble and tile work appears as the leading element on most bathroom and kitchen pages. Home additions, basements, and standalone flooring projects are smaller in count but represented across NJ and Long Island.

Locations represented
Manhattan and Brooklyn lead the count, with Queens, Long Island, and Jersey City close behind. Newark, Hoboken, and Elizabeth round out the New Jersey side; Yonkers covers the Westchester edge. Staten Island is on the route but appears less often in finished case studies — it’s a market where we’re actively building portfolio depth.

Project notes
Every project page is reviewed by the homeowner before it’s published. We don’t post jobs the homeowner hasn’t approved, and we don’t post photos that include addresses, license plates, or family members without consent. If a project page goes dark for any reason, that’s why.
