About LM Pro Remodeling Group
LM Pro Remodeling Group is a residential design-build firm based at 27 Monroe St, Newark, NJ, working across the NYC metro — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Yonkers, and the New Jersey Hudson and Essex County corridor. We do bathrooms, kitchens, marble and tile, home additions, basements, and full-home renovations. Residential only.
Why we exist
Most of the trade decisions that decide whether a remodel holds up — the waterproofing under the tile, the blocking inside the wall, the crown joint at the ceiling — happen out of sight. Plenty of contractors take the shortcut because the homeowner won’t see it for two years. We don’t.
The company was founded on a single rule: quality over a quick paycheck. Luis Muzo, the founder, spent more than ten years on jobsites watching that rule get broken — and watching homeowners pay for it later. LM Pro was built so that wouldn’t happen on our work.
What that means in practice
- Trusted licensed plumbers and in-house tile setters. Plumbing is the trade most likely to fail when corners are cut, so our plumbers are licensed partners we’ve worked with for years — not random subs we find job-to-job. Tile and stone are LM Tile & Marble’s core trade, done by our own crew.
- Clean and organized from day one. Floor protection on the first walk-through. Dust barriers up before demo. Daily clean-down at end of day. Neighbors don’t notice us.
- Written scopes before contracts. Line-item, not “kitchen renovation, $X.” You see exactly what’s in and what isn’t.
- Same standards on a $15K vanity and a $400K gut. The size of the project doesn’t change how we waterproof, plumb, or tile.
Founder
Luis Muzo founded LM Pro Remodeling Group after more than a decade in the NYC and NJ residential trades — bathroom and kitchen specialist work, marble and tile, and full-home renovation. Spanish-speaking. Hands-on across every active project. He still walks every job before sign-off.

Services we provide
Bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, marble and natural stone installation, tile installation, home additions, basement remodeling, full-home (gut) renovation, apartment and co-op renovation, and hardwood and tile flooring. Services we don’t provide
We’re a residential firm. Commercial fit-outs, restaurant and retail buildouts, and ground-up new construction are outside our scope. If a project is residential — single-family, townhouse, condo, or co-op — we’re a fit. If it isn’t, we’ll point you toward a firm that handles it.
Where we work
Our trucks roll out of Newark every weekday. Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, and Yonkers are all on the standard route. So are Jersey City, Hoboken, Elizabeth, and Newark. We don’t promise areas we can’t actually staff — when a project is at the edge of our radius, we’ll say so on the call.
