Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 1, 2026 Last updated: May 1, 2026
LM Pro Remodeling Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by LM Tile & Marble LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lmproremodelinggroup.com or request a consultation, how we use that information, and the choices you have. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@lmproremodelinggroup.com or (862) 430-3655.
This policy applies to information we collect through our website, by phone, by email, or in person during the consultation and project process.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you contact us — through the website form, by phone, by email, or in person — you may share information including:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your project address or general location
- A description of the project you’re considering
- Photos or other materials you choose to share with us
- Any other information you provide voluntarily
We collect this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare a scope of work, and (if you become a client) deliver the project.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we collect limited technical information that most websites collect, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type
- Pages viewed and time spent on those pages
- The website that referred you to us (if any)
- Approximate geographic location based on IP
We use this information to operate the website, troubleshoot technical issues, understand how visitors find and use the site, and improve content over time.
Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — for site functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as expected if you do.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a free consultation
- Prepare a scope of work, design proposal, and pricing
- Communicate with you during the project (scheduling, updates, change orders, walk-throughs)
- Maintain project records, including photos for portfolio use (only with your explicit written permission — see “Portfolio photos” below)
- Send project-related communications (appointment confirmations, status updates)
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, permit filings, warranty records)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Service providers we work with
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate our business and website. Each receives only the information they need to provide their service:
- GoHighLevel — Customer relationship management and lead intake. Stores form submissions, contact records, and project communication history.
- Google Workspace — Email, calendar, and document storage. Stores email correspondence and project documents.
- Google Analytics — Website analytics. Receives aggregated usage data; configured to anonymize IP addresses where supported.
- Google Maps Platform — Map embeds on the website. Loads from Google’s servers when you view a page with a map.
- Cloudflare — Web hosting and content delivery. Receives server-level technical information needed to deliver the site.
- Payment processor — For invoicing and payment. Receives transaction information needed to process payment. Specific provider disclosed at the time of contract.
- Insurance, bonding, and licensing authorities — As required for permit filings, COI submissions, and bond documentation.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We choose providers we consider reputable and compliant, but their handling of data is governed by their own terms.
Portfolio photos and project content
If we work on your project, we may take photos during and after the build for our internal records and quality documentation. We will only use those photos in our public portfolio, on our website, on social media, or in marketing materials with your explicit written permission. You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing info@lmproremodelinggroup.com; we will remove the photos from publicly visible materials going forward (we cannot recall photos already published in physical media).
How long we keep your information
- Inquiry and lead records: typically retained for up to 36 months after the last contact, then deleted unless we have an active project relationship.
- Active client records: retained for the duration of the project plus the 2-year workmanship warranty period plus any additional time required for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes (typically 7 years for financial records).
- Permit and project documentation: retained as required by NJ and applicable local building department record-keeping rules.
You can request earlier deletion of your inquiry record by contacting us at info@lmproremodelinggroup.com — we will honor the request unless we have a legal obligation to retain the information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to know what information we have collected about you
- The right to correct inaccurate information
- The right to request deletion of information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- The right to opt out of certain communications
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@lmproremodelinggroup.com or call (862) 430-3655. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
You can opt out of project-related communications at any time, though doing so during an active project may affect our ability to deliver the work as scheduled.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect — including secure transmission (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and reputable third-party providers with their own security practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet is fully protected. If you’re aware of a security issue with our website or services, contact us at info@lmproremodelinggroup.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected in a revised version posted on this page; significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
